My Favorite Albums of 2026
These are listed in alphabetical order, they aren't a ranking. I'll probably do some sort of ranking at the end of the year but I don't really believe in scoring albums. Every album offers something different and belongs to a different context. I don't always want to listen to something heavy, and I don't always want to listen to something bright and poppy. To compare a hardcore punk album with a pop anthem is kind of impossible. It's completely subjective. But maybe that's the point.
